A 30% deposit is to be paid by bank transfer when booking. In the event of cancellation of the stay, the deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made within more than 21 days before the date of arrival of the tenants.
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival of the tenants.
In the event of deterioration of the furniture, degradation of the accommodation, or theft, compensation for the value of the claim will be due. So we ask our tenants for an identity document when they arrive in the accommodation.
The arrival of tenants in the accommodation is from 3:00 p.m. and the departure time is fixed at 11:00 a.m. We can be flexible if necessary, so do not hesitate to let us know your needs!

Unfortunately, this accommodation cannot accommodate disabled people (steps on the terrace and stairs to access the first floor).
